Where Can I Rent a Trailer in Elmo, TX?

Where Can I Rent a Trailer in Elmo, TX?

Elmo sits on US-80 between Terrell and Wills Point, a stretch of old farm country where most jobs still call for a trailer rather than a truck bed alone. If you are looking for trailer rental in Elmo TX, the nearest option is Kaufman Trailer Rentals, based 14 miles west in Kemp.

There is no office to visit and no counter to wait at. Every trailer in the fleet is rented through a self-service, contactless system, so you can book and pick up any time, day or night, without coordinating around business hours.

Pick the Right Trailer for the Job

Most jobs around Elmo fall into a few categories: clearing debris, hauling a vehicle, or moving equipment and materials. The fleet is built around those three needs.

• 14k hydraulic dump trailers — brush clearing, fence tear-outs, gravel or dirt hauling, cleanout debris
• 14k car haulers — moving a vehicle, tractor, or other equipment that needs to roll on and off
• 20' open utility trailers — lumber, fencing, hay, general equipment and materials
• Enclosed cargo trailers — gear or goods that need to stay dry and out of sight

Cleanouts and Junk Removal Without Renting a Trailer

Not every job needs a trailer sitting on your property for a week. If you are clearing out a shed, a rental house, or storm debris and just want it gone, the junk removal service works like a dumpster rental without the long-term commitment.

A 3-day rental runs $350. If you would rather have the crew load it for you instead of filling it yourself, a live load is $250. Either way, it is built for one-time cleanout jobs rather than ongoing hauling.

24/7 Contactless Pickup With Lockii

Every trailer is secured with a Lockii smart-lock system. Once your rental is booked, you get access to pick up the trailer yourself, hook up, and go, no staff required and no set hours to work around.

This matters for anyone in Elmo running on a weekend schedule. If you want to grab a dump trailer Friday night after work and have it back Saturday evening, you do not need the rental yard to be open when you show up.

What It Costs and What to Bring

Dump trailer rentals run $150 per 24 hours. That is a flat day rate, so a weekend cleanout or a single afternoon job costs the same per day whether you use every hour or not.

Before you head out from Elmo, make sure your tow vehicle is ready. A few basics make pickup faster:

• Tow vehicle with a properly rated hitch and ball size for the trailer you booked
• Working trailer lights and a functioning electrical connector
• Straps or chains if you are hauling loose material or equipment
• Your booking confirmation for smart-lock access at pickup
