How do I pick up my trailer?
Once your booking starts, you'll receive an unlock code by text and email. Drive to the lot in Kemp, enter the code on the smart lock, and hook up. No one needs to meet you.
What if I need to extend my rental?
Use the order lookup above to find your booking and extend online, or call us. Extensions are prorated at the daily rate — no penalty as long as we're not double-booked.
How do I return the trailer?
Bring it back to the same spot before your return time, snap the smart lock back on the hitch, and you're done. Deposit is released once we've verified it's back in order.
What if the unlock code doesn't work?
Call us at (469) 689-1299 — someone answers 7 days a week. We can push a new code to you in seconds.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel from your order page for a full refund up to 24 hours before pickup. Inside 24 hours we refund 50%.
Do you deliver?
Pickup is in Kemp by default. For jobs in Kaufman, Terrell, Crandall, Gun Barrel City, Ennis, or Seagoville we can arrange a meet-up or delivery for a flat fee — call to book.
